Robert B. Ruh III is an associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Robert has a background in biochemistry, genomics and bioinformatics. Robert has prosecuted patents for both academic and commercial clients with a focus on biotechnology, including DNA sequencing, genetic engineering and pharmaceuticals. While in law school, Robert was a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Western District of New York, an orphan drug consulting firm, and another intellectual property firm in New York State.
