After a teenage family member survived a suicide attempt and multiple in-patient hospitalizations, Kenzie became incredibly passionate about youth mental health. She spent 4-years conducting academic research, analyzing gaps at the intersection of healthcare and k12 education. As a part of this thesis, Kenzie looked at policy, implementation, existing solutions and public sentiment from parents, schools and providers. Most of her professional career has been spent supporting early stage tech companies (accelerator program, investing through Pre-Seed thru Series A fund). Kenzie is a 2024 Rock Health Innovation Fellow and Headstream Residency inductee.
