Ellen Rudolph, Co-founder & CEO, WellTheory

Ellen Rudolph is co-founder and CEO of WellTheory. Launched in 2022, WellTheory was born out of Ellen’s autoimmune journey and the systemic shortcomings of traditional healthcare she encountered along the way. Ellen brings years of product and technology experience to her mission of revolutionizing healthcare. Prior to WellTheory, Ellen led the team responsible for the marketing website at Oscar Health (NYSE: OSCR), the first health insurance company built around a full-stack technology platform. Before that, Ellen helped build e-commerce pioneer Everlane’s retail technology stack from the ground up as one of its first product managers. Ellen is driven by a longtime passion for closing gender gaps and empowering women, and it extends beyond healthcare. In her spare time, Ellen enjoys mentoring young women in tech through Built By Girls and angel investing in female-founded companies. Ellen graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor’s degree in Product Design Engineering. While there, she was selected into the school’s prestigious Mayfield Fellows entrepreneurship program. She is also a functional medicine certified health coach.
