Debbie Witchey, MHA, is the President and CEO of the Association for Behavioral Health and Wellness (ABHW), leading efforts to enhance behavioral health policy and regulations. With over 20 years as EVP & COO at the Healthcare Leadership Council, she has extensive experience in policy advocacy, operations, and government affairs. She has also served in leadership roles at the US Treasury Department. Debbie holds an MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
