Cindy Blanco Ochoa, Co-Founder & CEO, MiSalud Health

Cindy Blanco Ochoa is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at MiSalud Health, the only Spanish/English bilingual digital health platform for employers who want to provide their employees with less than a 5 minute wait for physical and mental health services. MiSalud’s mission is to enable the LatinX community to participate and access the benefits of the digital health revolution. We operate in the US and Mexico market. Previously, she served as a Council Woman at the Government of Zapopan where she lead the Socioeconomic Development Commission. As a Council woman her areas of focus were competitiveness, innovation and entrepreneurship. Cindy serves at the Board of Advisors at Carabela Venture Capital Fund (IT Investments) and the investment committee at Redwood Ventures (seed fund). Prior to these roles, she was co-founder and CEO at StartupGDL, a Wizeline sister non profit organization providing education, ecosystem development and assisting global fast-growing tech startups access the Mexico tech ecosystem. Throughout her professional career she has specialized in the IT industry, working in government, non profits and enterprises in Mexico & the US to contribute to the development of the startup scene in Mexico. Cindy is particularly interested in supporting female entrepreneurs and initiatives to make the tech sector more inclusive and diverse. She has a B.A. in International Affairs from ITESO University and a Diploma from Stanford and Colegio de México. Cindy was awarded as a Delegate of the IVLP for Women in Entrepreneurship by the US State Department in 2018.
