Dr. Napier is a practicing ER physician and innovator. He is a graduate of USF’s Morsani College of Medicine and is currently an attending physician in San Jose, CA. His path into the medical field began in the Army where he was a Combat Medic and was awarded the Purple Heart while deployed to Afghanistan. He invented the device Intublade® and founded the company Bear Creek Medical in order to bring new medical devices into the mainstream market.
