Jen Flexman is the COO at Moneta Health. She is passionate about the power of technology to make healthcare more accessible and affordable for all. Previously, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Thrive Health, and led business development for Canada at UK-based digital-first health service provider Babylon Health during its national expansion. Prior to Babylon, she was VP, Innovation and Partnerships, at LifeLabs, Canada’s largest private medical laboratory, where she sourced new diagnostics for distribution and launched distributed lab service models in retail pharmacy, primary care and at home. She has an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a PhD in bioengineering from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a BEng in electrical engineering from McGill University.
