Claire Rudolph, Co-Founder & Head of Product, WellTheory
Claire Rudolph is Cofounder and Head of Product at WellTheory where she brings her experience in (and passion for) empowering and connecting people through technology. Driven by her own circuitous health journey, Claire built WellTheory’s product experience to fix the systemic cracks in status-quo care. Most recently, Claire designed and developed hybrid work products at Aspen Designs, including Playspace, a teamwork platform that combines live video with creative collaboration tools. The company was acquired by Google in 2021 to expand Google Workspace offerings and make the experience more fun and interactive. Before that, Claire led product at PeopleGrove, a platform that closes the opportunity gap by connecting college students with alumni for professional mentorship, and was a Product Manager at Bill.com (NYSE: BILL), a leading provider of cloud-based software that digitizes and automates businesses’ financial processes. Earlier in her career, as Chief of Staff (People Operations) at Dropbox (NASDAQ: DBX), Claire developed and implemented systems and strategies to power its growing workforce of leaders. Claire graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a bachelor’s degree in Art History. She is also a certified executive coach who works with startup cofounding teams and women leaders.
