Fahad Rahman is a healthcare innovator with over ten years of experience in healthcare advisory, technology, analytics, and operations, working with both payers and providers. He’s currently Co-Founder and CEO of Lumi Health, a digital health company building the largest dataset on medication interventions and outcomes across diseases. Lumi’s precision, scalable medication management platform helps physicians make faster, more clinically effective medication changes to improve patient outcomes. Prior to Lumi, he was a leader in Geisinger Health System’s for-profit innovation business (xG Health Solutions), where he led “full stack” restructuring of large health systems to align with value-based care delivery. Prior to xG, he led product strategy and growth for Salient Healthcare, which included building New York State Medicaid Analytics Performance Portal (MAPP) to manage $65B in annual spend. He also launched solutions for Medicare Accountable Care Organizations (ACO’s). He holds a BA in Biology and MBA in Finance from Canisius College and an MA in Neurophysiology from SUNY Buffalo.
