Robert Miller is co-founder & CEO of Appa Health and oversees the commercial team, which has already secured contracts with large public school districts and a distribution agreement with the fastest-growing mental health care navigation provider in the public school market. Mr. Miller has 20 years of experience as a 3-time founder. Mr. Miller’s technical expertise began in law, practicing as a licensed attorney. Leveraging his legal background, he founded a compliance and ethics software SAAS company, Compli, which was later acquired. He then served as founder and CEO of his second company, Big Pie, a marketing platform to enable donations and corporate give-backs to local nonprofits in the Bay Area. Mr. Miller was recruited to join the commercial team at a venture-backed mental health technology company, Big Health, where he was the VP of Sales and Strategic Alliances. At Big Health, Mr. Miller’s team introduced an app-based CBT program to the large self-funded employer market. In his role at Big Health, he led a team to scale annualized revenue from $2M to $30M.
