Emily A. Mirro, MS, MBA is a seasoned MedTech entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years of experience in the medical device and digital health sectors. She is the President and Co-Founder of SynchNeuro, Inc., where she leads operations, clinical studies, and strategic initiatives to advance a non-invasive brain signal-based glucose monitoring system. Prior to this, Emily was an early team member at NeuroPace, Inc., where she spent two decades helping bring the RNS System from concept to commercialization, ultimately leading Medical Affairs and clinical education programs.

Emily’s expertise spans clinical operations, commercialization, strategic partnerships, and research, with more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications and multiple patents to her name. She holds an MBA and MS in Strategic Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a BS in Biological Sciences from Butler University.
