Rachel Zeldin is a Partner in the Health & Life Sciences practice group at Oliver Wyman. Rachel has broad-based strategy consulting experience across several healthcare sectors (payer, provider, health tech, pharma). Her areas of expertise includes building new businesses, developing growth strategies, and leading transformation efforts for healthcare companies adapting to a rapidly changing industry. In addition to her consulting experience, Rachel served as the Director of Network Partnerships at Collective Health, a venture-backed health benefits company, where she led business development, relationship management, contracting and sales operations across health plan, pharmacy benefit manager, dental, vision, and stop loss carrier partners. Rachel holds a B.S. in chemistry from Stanford University and a Ph.D. in synthetic chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. She lives on the beach in San Francisco with her husband, Santiago, and her dog, Zuzu.
