Michael Boxer is a seasoned healthcare executive with diverse experience across health services, technology-enabled healthcare, payors, and private equity. He is currently the Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder of RightSite Health, an innovative company focused on reducing avoidable emergency department visits through a proprietary, on demand telehealth and social navigation solution that successfully diverts 85% of patients.

Michael has executed operational turnarounds, acquisitions, divestitures, systems integration, and value creation plans in public and private settings. He has held executive roles as CFO at HealthMarkets, Mariner Health Care, and Allergan/Watson Pharmaceuticals. Michael was also the Senior Healthcare Advisor to Centerbridge Partners, across Private Equity, Private Credit, and Healthcare Real Estate.

Michael is a board member of CareSpot Urgent Care, Clever Care Health Plan, and GI Scientific. He has also chaired Audit, Compliance, or Compensation Committees for Versant Health, American Renal Associates, Remedi SeniorCare, and Skilled Healthcare/Genesis Health Care. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
