Antonia (Oona) Bernhardt is the Chief of Strategic Planning at the San Francisco VA Health Care System. In her role, she oversees the development and implementation of SFVAHCS’ long-term strategic plan and service delivery plan; she also leads the health care system’s innovation portfolio, including work to bring technology solutions to Veterans. Oona earned her BA in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, her master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and her MBA from UC Berkeley.
