Rory Stanton is the founder and CEO of Aila Health, a virtual care platform for people living with autoimmune conditions. She received her MBA from UC Berkeley and her undergraduate degree in Human Biology from Brown University. Prior to graduate school, she led the Digital Patient Product Team at Decision Resources Group, where she worked with life sciences companies to develop their digital engagement strategies to improve the patient experience for people living with autoimmune disease. She is passionate about making it easier for patients to access personalized specialty care and health coaching at home. Her mission is to generate new evidence in women’s health, advancing clinical care and research for inflammatory conditions, so that millions of people living with autoimmune disease will get access to the care that they need at the right time.
