Yvonne Moyer has twenty years of experience in healthcare technology engineering, deployment, and clinical operations with payers and providers. She’s currently Co-Founder and CTO of Lumi Health, a digital health company building the largest dataset on medication interventions and outcomes across diseases. Lumi’s precision, scalable medication management platform helps physicians make faster, more clinically effective medication changes to improve patient outcomes. Prior to Lumi, she was a leader in Geisinger Health System’s for-profit innovation business (xG Health Solutions), where she stood up and ran tech-enabled care management organizations to align with value-based care delivery. Prior to xG, she was a senior consultant with PwC working on the establishment of Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) nationally. Yvonne started her career at Independence Blue Cross (IBC), a large payer, working on software engineering, data warehousing, and analytics. She performed large scale integration and building data warehousing and business intelligence capabilities to enable key business decision making. She holds a BS in MIS and MBA both from Penn State University.
