Sloan Saunders is an entrepreneur with 15 years of banking, private equity, and venture capital experience. Prior to Intellihealth, he ran Cedar Hill Holdings, a private investment firm, focusing on private investments, debt origination, due diligence, and asset management. Previously, Saunders was a member of the transaction team at Ranieri Real Estate Partners, the commercial real estate investment group of Ranieri Partners. While at Ranieri, Saunders focused on the origination of bridge debt/equity and the acquisition of non/sub-performing loan portfolios. Prior to joining Ranieri Partners, Saunders worked in Deutsche Bank’s Global Investment Banking Group, developing complex financial models including corporate, asset, and loan valuation; leveraged buyouts; and restructuring analyses. Saunders has significant experience conducting investment due diligence and financial analysis, venture investments, non/sub-performing portfolio acquisitions, high yield loan origination, workouts, and restructurings. Over the course of his career, Saunders has participated in over $3B of transactions in a principal and advisory capacity.
