Shivani Parikh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Onward, a position she has held since March 2023. Prior to this, she worked at Workrise as the Director of Revenue & Operations – Renewables & Construction from February 2021 to March 2022, and as the Director of Operations – Renewables from September 2020 to February 2021. Before joining Workrise, Shivani served as the Head of West Coast Operations at BLADE Urban Air Mobility, Inc. from June 2019 to March 2020. Shivani also held multiple roles at Bird, including Head of Regional Operations, Americas from March 2019 to May 2019, Head of Safety & Support, Americas from February 2019 to March 2019, Head of Safety from July 2018 to February 2019, and Senior Manager, Strategic Operations from June 2018 to July 2018. Prior to her time at Bird, Shivani worked at Uber as the Senior Manager, Strategic Operations, US West from July 2017 to May 2018, Operations Manager, Strategy Lead, US West from January 2017 to June 2017, and Operations Manager, US Midwest from September 2015 to December 2016. Shivani began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as a Senior Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions from September 2013 to January 2015, and later served as a Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions from January 2015 to September 2015. Shivani’s early experience includes working at Deloitte as a Senior Associate, Financial Services from January 2010 to August 2010, and as an Associate from September 2008 to January 2010.
