Santiago Doria, Principal, Health & Life Sciences, Oliver Wyman
Santiago Doria leads projects that are at the center of the ever-changing dynamics facing the industry, whether that’s payers and providers morphing into “payviders”, or outside innovators aiming to shake things up with new ways to improve healthcare. Throughout his time at Oliver Wyman, Santiago has worked on a variety of projects across the healthcare ecosystem. He conducted due diligence on the technology care delivery stack for an independent physician association in California; created the five-year strategy plan for a major EMR company; built the sales and business development arm of a nascent healthcare start-up within a Fortune 50 company; and defined the vertical integration strategy and leading contract negotiations for a regional payer. He’s also developing and activating the strategy for multiple health systems across the nation. When he is not working to reshape the healthcare industry, you can find Santiago cheering alongside the 2020 Copa America champions and being too competitive about pick-up soccer.
Santiago holds a BS in Biology, and a minor in mathematics from Stanford University, where he graduated with distinction.
