Jon joined US Venture Partners (USVP) as a Kauffman Fellow and later became a General Partner. Before USVP, Jon was Assist. Professor of Neurology and Director of the Neurology-Neurosurgery Intensive Care Unit at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. Jon sits on the boards of companies including eFFECTOR Therapeutics, Omada Health, OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, and Route 92 Medical. Jon is a former member of the BoD of the National Venture Capital Association. He holds an AB from Dartmouth College, an MD from the Univ. of Florida College of Medicine and an MBA from Columbia University.
