GL is a Senior Managing Director at Accenture in the Health and Public Service business and currently serves as the Global Client Account Director for Accenture’s relationship with one of the firm’s largest and most complex healthcare clients. She brings more than 30 years of experience in driving change for organizations to improve both the patient experience and the performance of healthcare companies. She is part of Accenture’s CEO circle, a group of the top executives in the company, and a member of Accenture’s Women’s Executive Leadership Team, comprised of the top women executives.

During the past 10 years, GL’s work has focused increasingly more on helping companies improve healthcare delivery. In her role, She is responsible for helping her client deliver better health, social, and economic outcomes for its members and patients, and she leads an Accenture team of more than 4,000 people across the globe who help achieve these goals. She has successfully led global IT development teams in 10 delivery centers across six countries, in addition to building and operating large-scale global business process operations.

GL’s work leading change for clients has created positive impacts for the tens of millions of people served by healthcare systems and insurers.

While her career has been spent leading purposeful change at many of the nation’s largest and most prestigious healthcare brands, her attention in recent years has turned to the great disparity in health outcomes in the US that can be improved with better access and affordability. She is inspired by her clients who keep their communities at the forefront of their business, striving to provide the best care in the most affordable way.

GL is a proud community member of Seattle, Washington, where she lives with her husband, Hans, and their two daughters. In their downtime, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, and traveling to places near and far. One of her passions is striving to make sure everyone feels they can be truly authentic in the workplace, and she’s known for embodying authenticity in how she shows up at work. For her, that includes wearing her heart on her sleeve and leading her team with a fierce joy that she hopes inspires all.
