Juan has 25 years of experience in design and development of new products. He has a track record of delivering user-centric products across healthcare, consumer, information technology and software-as-a-service products for innovative global organizations. His dedication to understanding the customer journey and addressing unmet needs have produced a portfolio of design award solutions for companies like HP, Linc Global, Kensington. These days, Juan heads-up experience design for iO focusing on creating user-centric experiences for iO's med-tech partners across the globe. He is passionate about the design discovery process and transforming data into actionable ideas. Juan has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Boston University and holds several patents in the smart connected devices space for applications such as Object Tracking. His true passion is adventure travel.
