12 Startups Chosen to Transform Patient Care

San Francisco, CA — The UCSF Rosenman Institute is proud to announce the 2024 ADAPT Finalist Cohort—12 pioneering companies on a mission to revolutionize healthcare by addressing systemic disparities and driving patient-centered innovation. As part of the ADAPT program, each finalist has the potential to secure $100,000 in non-dilutive funding from top healthcare partners.

Building on the success of previous cohorts, these finalists were selected for their breakthrough approaches to whole-person care, social determinants of health, and scalable models that can be rapidly deployed across the country. Each company shares the ADAPT program’s mission to break down barriers to care and improve outcomes for diverse communities.

“We’re thrilled to introduce the 2024 ADAPT cohort, which includes some of the brightest minds in health tech,” said Christine Winoto, Director of the UCSF Rosenman Institute. “These finalists are poised to reshape how we deliver care, reduce health disparities, and push forward a more equitable healthcare system.”
