Mark Hallman brings nearly 20 years of healthcare administrative and consulting experience focused on organizational efficiency, strategic operation and growth, as well as innovation and extensive start-up experience (22 start-ups (3 as a Founder or Co-Founder)). Mr. Hallman’s experience has provided him the insights and skill necessary to drive success in the industry and understand the pivots the industry needs to now take; across all sub-sectors. He deploys his broad skill set as the Founder and CEO of 3AIM Partners, where he was responsible for driving consulting engagements focused on business/market development, revenue growth strategies, value-based care/population health methodologies, network development, payor strategy, innovation, consumer engagement, mergers and acquisitions, operating efficiency, as well as strategic/tactical planning.
